Innovation Guarantees Failure

Doubt and insecurity are mega-killers of creativity and are both formed around the fear of failing.  To combat that, my thought is this; What if we can turn failure into a positive?!  Because once we do, we can subdue both doubt and fear.  We can turn doubt into a helpful inner critic and insecurity into an excitement of the unknown.  

So please, as you pursue your dream, assume failure and decide now how you will use it to propel yourself forward.  If you don’t, failure will always win and its goal is to destroy your dream.
